My approach is holistic which means I work with who you are, not what you do, and we start our work together where you are at in your life. 

My role as your coach is to help you create a vision of what a meaningful and intentional life looks and feels like for you.   Then I ask you powerful questions that enable to really understand why this is important to you.   Then we go to work on turning any common obstacles into seeds of growth so that you can start to live a more meaningful life, one that is designed by you.

When I came to see Emma, I was stuck in a rut. We were in the midst of lockdown due to the covid-19 pandemic and I had developed some bad habits which I wanted to change but didnt have the tools to help me.
